GET CURIOUS

Examine your eating from a different perspective, which is what the course has you do. You’re going to be studying your habits and the tools that work for you, to empower you to say NO to what no longer serves your goals and vision you have for yourself. We also have you prepare for your obstacles.

USE THE TOOLS 

You’re going to put the tools to work to manage your urges and excuses. You’re going to replace the "up side" that comes with eating “whatever you want ,whenever you want” with new strategies for true joy.

ASSESS + ADJUST

Build on what works, examine what doesn’t and figure out why. Drop the mindset of "I screwed up" and need to "start over." You don't need a "clean slate," which implies you'll now be perfect going forward. That's not how transformation works. It starts when you expect that it won't be perfect, but that you'll use your mistakes as gems to get you to your lasting treasure.
