If you’re gonna sit, spend some time perching, maintaining an S curvature of the spine, not a C. Stools are much better for posture than chairs, and they promote a healthier and more active posture which not only increases the blood flow and oxygen going to your brain but also keeps your organs in shape.

Microwave Moves. If food is heating, then so are you. Time to show it your moves. Or walk laps. Move it to lose it.

Try a couch to 5k app or just a commitment to walk around your block at a certain time each day, even when you don't feel like it. A big reason we don't bother starting is the fear that it will be too hard. Instead, the goal is to just start, since starting is the hardest part!

Hunt out gifts first, then double back to actually buy the gifts (get more steps and practice delayed gratification)!

Stand up or lift light weights or march in place during TV commercials
